How to Claim Your CME Credits

1. Create an account by visiting our registration       page.

    Click here to go to our registration page.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Click on 'CD Registration/Evaluation'.

4. Locate the CD Serial Number on the inside of the     CD case at the bottom of the inner sleeve.

5. Enter the Serial Number into the field and click     'Submit'.

6. Complete the Evaluation and click 'Submit'. Your     certificate will appear and be ready for you to     print.

Your certificate will always be handy for you to make re-prints. Just enter your account.
